What the 2016 Games Baftas got wrong
We discuss the 2016 Games Baftas winners… and whether they all deserved their accolades.
We might have recorded our own gaming awards back in December, but we’ll admit that they’re maybe not quite as prestigious as the 2016 Games Baftas. The British-based awards named its ‘best in the industry’ this week, including best debut, best story, and best innovation. No award for the best toilet though. Amateurs.
We debate the winners, work out whether they deserved their gongs and discuss which game got the pity vote – Batman Arkham Knight as Best British Game anyone? *cough* Elsewhere Andy, himself a former attendee of the show, gives us the inside scoop on what goes on behind the scenes – but not before he whinges about there not being enough booze, naturally. Enjoy!:
