Virginia Review Podcast
It’s 1992, and a boy has gone missing in small town USA in the PS4’s, Virginia. QorC regulars, Jack and Andy follow the leads to find out what’s going on, and if the game is a quit…or continue in our Virginia review podcast!
Virginia review podcast – QorC Ep. 69
Virginia is the latest game that looks to bring narrative to the fore. Instead of gunning down aliens or blowing up marines, Virginia is more in the vein of games like Firewatch or Dear Esther. It wants to tell a story first and foremost, with you playing the role of Anne Tarver, an FBI agent charged with investigating the case of a missing boy in small town America.
Jack and Andy chat about what the game manages to achieve in it’s short play time, as well as the points where it misses the mark. There’s no spoilers in the podcast, but there is some general confusion about Czechoslovakian cuisine, as well as the hits of Dire Straits.
