Inside Podcast Review
The Quit or Continue gang play through Playdead’s Limbo sequel, Inside. Listen to the podcast as we chin wag about its beautiful, yet bizarre world.
Inside review podcast – QorC Ep. 68
How do you follow up an indie-darling, gothic-themed 2D platformer? Well, if you’re Playdead, you create Inside, a colourful, 3D dance simulator inspired by the carnivals of latin America! Not really. You stick to what you’re good at, and make another 2D platformer that’s bleaker than a Nick Cave B-side.
The Quit or Continue guys sit down and discuss the game, covering what it shares with Playdead’s last game, Limbo, and what makes it stand out from its predecessor. We also talk timed exclusives, brutal deaths, and for a brief moment, the Oasis back catalogue, for some reason.
As ever, if you like what you hear feel free to subscribe and leave a review with your thoughts the thumbs up on iTunes and you can find our RSS for other podcast players here. About Quit or Continue
Want to know more about Quit or Continue? Well, the short version is that we’re four 30-something blokes who love games, don’t have the time we used to and want to guide people like us to make the right choice when they buy games.
We review games in the book club-style to tell you if a game is a waste of time. And, even better, we’re here to make your voice heard, so please let us know your thoughts on the game @quitorcontinue.
